About QuickLab
QuickLab started from a simple idea: build what is needed, quickly but with care. “Quick” stands for apps you can use right away without installing or signing up, and “Lab” for trying ideas out and improving them step by step.
The first app came from helping a child prepare for school word tests at home. Word Sprout turns a photo of a printed word list into flash cards, and every right answer helps a sprout grow into a flower. Next came K-Claw Machine, which brings the mood of Seoul’s claw-machine shops to the web.
Every QuickLab app is improved through real use. When a button confuses a child, a text is too long or a screen is slow, we fix it and note the change in the app’s news.
